Occupational therapy that comes to you.
Olia Therapy provides one-on-one, in-home occupational therapy and seating & mobility evaluations for adults living with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurologic conditions.
Who I help
Every plan of care is built around the person in front of me, not a diagnosis on a chart. These are the conditions I most often see.
Stroke
Regaining function and independence in daily tasks after a stroke.
Brain injury
Rebuilding cognitive and physical routines after a traumatic or acquired brain injury.
Spinal cord injury
Adapting daily living skills and positioning to new levels of movement.
Parkinson's & MS
Supporting energy, motor planning, and safety through progressive conditions.
Seating & mobility
Evaluations for anyone whose diagnosis affects posture, positioning, or their wheelchair fit.
In-home occupational therapy
One-on-one sessions built around the tasks that matter most in your own home — dressing, bathing, cooking, transfers, home safety, and the small routines that add up to independence.
Sessions happen in the environment you actually live in, so what we work on translates directly, without a clinic gym standing in for real life.
Seating & mobility evaluations
A certified assessment of your wheelchair, cushion, and positioning needs — to reduce pressure injury risk, improve comfort, and support the funding paperwork that comes with it.
Whether you're due for a new evaluation or something about your current setup isn't working, this is a focused, credentialed look at your equipment and how it fits your body.
There's no better way to practice a task than in the place you'll actually do it.
Clinic gyms are useful, but they're not your kitchen, your bathroom, or your front steps. Working in your own home means therapy addresses the actual obstacles in your day — and family or caregivers can be part of the session when it helps.
About Olia Therapy
Olia Therapy is a small, founder-led practice — one therapist, focused entirely on neurologic rehabilitation and seating & mobility. That means every evaluation, every home visit, and every plan of care comes from the same person who understands your history, not a rotating roster of providers.
The name comes from a nod to the olive branch — steady, resilient, and slow-growing by design. That's the same approach applied to recovery: consistent, individualized care over time.
